The ideal candidate has 5+ years in mechanical design, CSWP certification, CSWE preferred, and a strong background in crane design or heavy equipment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or technical certificate with crane design experience.
• 5+ years of mechanical design experience, preferably in crane design or heavy equipment industries.
• SolidWorks used to design crane systems and components with a focus on safety and manufacturability.

Responsibilities

• Design crane systems and components using SolidWorks.
• Create and adapt 3D models for drawings, BOMs, and docs.
• Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing and PM teams to meet requirements.
• Contribute to design reviews and continuous improvement.
• Prepare project drawings, submittals, and fabrication documentation.
