Job summary

Carrier is currently seeking a Mechanical Design Engineer to join NORESCO, a leader in sustainable buildings and energy solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for mechanical design engineering, collaborating on projects that ensure energy savings and high performance. You will work with diverse teams across project stages, manage design processes, and participate in construction phases.

The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of mechanical design experience, a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, and solid knowledge of HVAC systems, with a strong emphasis on teamwork and communication.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Mechanical Design working experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical Engineering preferred).

Responsibilities

• Manage the design and engineering process on assigned projects.
• Lead and manage the design engineering process during project development.
• Support project pricing efforts in partnership with NORESCO Construction.
• Support project team during construction, commissioning, and performance phases.
