Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 5+ years facilities/plant-engineering/industrial-utilities experience.
  • 5+ years experience with building systems and utilities (electrical distribution, HVAC, compressed air, water).
  • 3+ years managing facility projects and coordinating contractors.
  • 5+ years experience with safety and building codes (OSHA, NFPA, NEC).

Responsibilities

  • Supports design, installation and maintenance of facilities and utilities (electrical, compressed air, water, HVAC).
  • Manages infrastructure projects, site modifications and contractor execution.
  • Ensures reliability, uptime and energy efficiency of building systems and utilities.
  • Supports commissioning of facility systems and equipment connections.
  • Maintains facility documentation, drawings and preventive-maintenance plans.
  • Ensures compliance with safety and building codes (OSHA, NFPA, NEC).
  • Analyzes utility consumption and drives cost and sustainability improvements.
