Job summary

Arcadia Care is seeking an MDS Coordinator to ensure accurate Medicare/Medicaid MDS and care plan documentation, optimizing PDPM/RUG categorization for reimbursement. You will supervise the MDS/ PPS process, keep timely submissions, and coordinate restorative nursing with interdisciplinary teams.

The ideal candidate is a Registered Nurse with long-term care experience and a restorative certification within six months of hire, able to read and communicate in English, and comfortable working in a

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse licensure required and active in-state license.
• Experience in long-term care settings with MDS processes preferred.
• Restorative certification required within six months of hire if not already certified.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English fluently.

Responsibilities

• MDS assessment and documentation for residents.
• Care planning and resident assessment per regulatory time frames.
• Schedule and conduct resident care conferences before care planning meetings.
• Oversee restorative nursing program coordination and integration with care plans.
