Job summary

Headway Tek Inc. is seeking an experienced MDMS software lead to drive architecture, integrations, and validation for the AMI Replacement (AMIR) program.

You will coordinate with the 3rd party vendor, system integrator, and internal teams to deliver scalable, compliant software across MDMS and downstream systems. The role requires managing complex cross-functional workstreams, leading testing, cutover, and operational readiness while advocating best practices and modern development standards in

Qualifications

• Requires a 4 year degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of related experience required; 5+ years leading complex software implementations preferred.
• 3+ years of experience managing technical resources preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leads architecture, requirements, design, integration, testing, cutover and stabilization.
• Partners with vendor and SI to schedule deliverables and milestones.
• Leads validation of MDMS, SI, and downstream integrations for end-to-end readiness.
• Acts as escalation point for complex technical issues and provides permanent solutions.
• Researches emerging development tools and standards to support procurement and maintenance.
• Develops robust backend logic and optimizes frontend performance for seamless integrations.
• Designs tests and monitors performance to identify improvements and debug issues.
• Applies Agile or SDLC methodologies to manage development activities.
• Ensures user satisfaction through preventative maintenance and timely resolutions.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
