Job summary

Talon Professional Services is seeking a Manager to oversee the global Customer Master Data Management (MDM) platform. This remote, direct-hire role leads a team focused on trusted customer identities, golden records, and scalable integrations across key systems.

You will design robust data models, guide architecture decisions, and implement enterprise-grade MDM solutions. Requires strong leadership, API-driven integration experience, and familiarity with Informatica MDM, Reltio, or Semarchy.

Qualifications

• Experience with MDM platforms (Informatica MDM, Reltio, Semarchy) and enterprise data management.
• Strong understanding of enterprise data architecture with focus on customer domain modeling.
• Proven people management experience leading technical teams.
• Experience designing API-driven and event-based integration architectures.
• Proficiency configuring MDM engines, including match & merge rules and survivorship logic.
• Knowledge of REST APIs, middleware, cloud platforms, and modern SDLC practices.
