Mindrift seeks licensed US physicians (MD/DO) to evaluate clinical EHR vignettes for an AI evaluation project. You will review written cases, score diagnostic and treatment reasoning, and write brief rationales. The work is task-based, remote, and flexible, with meaningful onboarding rewards.

The role emphasizes accuracy, evidence-based reasoning, and clear English communication, with no patient contact or malpractice exposure. US licensure required.

Competenze

• Active, unrestricted US medical license.
• Board certification or completed residency with direct patient care experience.
• Broad multi-system diagnostic and treatment experience.
• Strong clinical reasoning and evidence-based guidelines application.
• Prior experience in medical AI evaluation or medical annotation/QA is a plus.
• Strong written English (C1+).

Mansioni

• Evaluate clinical EHR vignettes for a medical AI evaluation project.
• Score the clinical reasoning quality across benchmark items and assess vignette accuracy and completeness.
• Determine whether reasoning chains reach conclusions from vignette facts and provide short rationales.
• Write concise rationales for each case and participate in adjudication after three blind reads.
