Job summary

Mindrift is seeking actively practicing physicians (MD/DO) with an active US medical license to evaluate clinical EHR vignettes for a medical AI evaluation project. You will assess diagnostic and treatment tasks across multiple systems, score reasoning quality, and write concise rationales.

Contributors work on a flexible, project-based schedule from anywhere in the US, with onboarding rewards and potential incentives for high-quality tasks. This is not a student or non-physician role.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree with active US license
• Board cert or completed residency training
• Strong written English (C1+)
• Broad multi-system diagnostic and treatment experience

Responsibilities

• Evaluate clinical EHR vignettes for AI evaluation project
• Score clinical reasoning quality and vignette accuracy
• Write short rationales and check reasoning traces
• Participate in independent blind reads and physician adjudication
