Mindrift is seeking US-licensed physicians (MD/DO) to join a flexible, remote AI evaluation project. You will review written clinical vignettes, assess diagnostic and treatment reasoning, and score benchmarks across multiple systems.

This is a task-based, independent contractor role with fixed per-task rates. No patient contact, no malpractice exposure. An onboarding reward of $50 is paid after your first approved task; strong English skills are required.

Competenze

• Medical degree (MD or DO) and an active, unrestricted US medical license (verified at onboarding and re-checked monthly).
• Board certification or completed residency training, with direct patient care experience.
• Broad, multi-system diagnostic and treatment experience (internal, family, emergency, or hospital medicine).
• Strong clinical reasoning: differential diagnosis, next-step management, evidence-based guidelines.
• Prior experience in medical AI evaluation, clinical content or exam-question review, or medical annotation/QA (a plus).
• Strong written English (C1+).

Mansioni

• Evaluate clinical EHR vignettes for a medical AI evaluation project.
• Score clinical reasoning quality: vignette accuracy, completeness, and trap quality.
• Check whether reasoning traces lead to the correct answer and write short rationales.
