Qualifications

• 3+ years of title searching, examining and writing commitments required in Maryland.
• Strong knowledge of real estate terminology and processes.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat/Pro.
• Ability to interpret public records, leases, deeds and liens with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects ranging from single to multi-property commercial transactions.
• Search, examine and connect data across counties and jurisdictions.
• Review and analyze public records to determine ownership and restrictions.
• Summarize findings and prepare title commitments and reports.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies or missing information through research.
• Collaborate with underwriters and internal partners to ensure accuracy.
