Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage projects ranging from single to multi-property commercial transactions.
• Search, examine, and connect data across counties and jurisdictions.
• Review leases, deeds, liens, and easements to verify ownership and restrictions.
• Summarize findings and prepare title commitments and reports.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies through careful research and documentation.
• Collaborate with underwriters and internal partners to ensure accuracy.
