Responsibilities

• Manage projects from single to multi-property commercial transactions.
• Search, examine and connect data across counties and jurisdictions.
• Review leases, subleases, deeds, liens, and easements to verify ownership.
• Summarize findings and prepare title commitments and reports.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies through research and documentation.
• Collaborate with underwriters and internal partners for accuracy and efficiency.
