Job summary

Peraton is seeking a Mid-Level MCM Deployment Administrator to join a Windows Services Support Team supporting the CAEIO program. The role is fully remote but requires DMV residency for occasional onsite meetings at the Washington, DC area or Sterling, VA offices.

The candidate will manage MECM/MCM environments, perform patching and imaging tasks, and maintain documentation and change control while coordinating with government customers and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 8 years experience, or Master's degree and 6 years, or Associate degree and 10 years, or HS diploma with 12 years experience.
• U.S. citizenship and active SECRET Government Security Clearance.
• 5+ years installing, configuring, managing, and maintaining Windows Server class systems.
• 5+ years of in-depth experience managing and deploying software using Microsoft Configuration Manager (MCM/MECM).
• 2+ years scripting experience (PowerShell, VB, etc.) for automation.
• 1+ years managing systems and deploying updates via Microsoft Intune and/or Azure Arc.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Windows Services Team and CAEIO stakeholders to manage MECM/MCM environments.
• Track problems, monitor performance, and perform system upgrades with change control approvals.
• Participate in long-term technology planning and engage in new technology initiatives.
• Prepare and maintain documentation on system configurations, procedures, and service records.
• Support client Microsoft MCM environments and deployment needs under guidance.
• Work in a multi-team troubleshooting environment for critical incidents.
