Jack Westin is seeking a dynamic MCAT Specialist – Video Lecturer who can translate complex, multidisciplinary concepts into engaging, on-camera lessons for a nationwide student audience. You will work with curriculum and production teams to ensure accuracy and alignment with current exam trends across all four sections.

Qualifications

• Minimum MCAT score of 515 within the last 5 years (proof of score required).
• At least 3 years of MCAT teaching or tutoring experience with proven score improvements.
• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree in science/health field strongly preferred.
• Ability to explain complex topics clearly and concisely.
• On-camera presence and comfort teaching to a virtual audience.
• Ability to accept feedback and meet production timelines.

Responsibilities

• Deliver on-camera MCAT lessons across CARS, P/C, B/B, P/S.
• Complete filming on schedule and meet project deadlines.
• Coordinate with curriculum and production teams for accuracy and trend alignment.
• Review scripts, slides, and practice problems for clarity and rigor.
• Use engaging teaching strategies and real-world examples to teach MCAT content.
• Translate tutoring insights into broadly applicable lessons.
• Collaborate with editors and producers to produce polished videos.
• Adapt to feedback and improve content iteratively.
