Inspira Education Group is seeking experienced MCAT tutors to work one-on-one with students, developing personalized study plans, diagnosing gaps, and guiding them through every section of the MCAT with clear, actionable feedback. You’ll mentor students, track progress, and adapt strategies to optimize performance.

This part-time, remote, 1099 contract role can be based anywhere in the United States or Canada, offering flexible hours including afternoons, evenings, and weekends to fit busy study

Qualifications

• Have a 4-year college degree (Bachelor's Degree or higher is required).
• Tutor during after-school hours, including afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
• Have previously taken the Medical College Admission Test (MCAT) (copy of official score report required).
• 1-2 years of previous teaching or tutoring experience desired.
• Able to provide MCAT test preparation for the full exam and each section
• Superior attention to detail and ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines
• Comfortable teaching and coaching in a fully remote tutoring environment

Responsibilities

• Tutor students one-on-one on all sections of the MCAT exam
• Tailor an MCAT test prep curriculum to students' needs
• Track and analyze student progress and performance
• Create and maintain project trackers to monitor MCAT preparation progress
• Keep students' families up to date on academic progress and MCAT milestones
• Be passionate about education and an expert MCAT tutor and thought leader for your students
