Job summary

Inspira Education Group is seeking a full-time MCAT Tutor who is passionate about education and mentoring students through MCAT prep and medical school admissions. You will work one-on-one with students, build personalized study plans, and provide expert guidance to excel in each MCAT section.

This is a full-time, remote role based in the United States or Canada, with tutoring around student availability—weekdays, evenings, and weekends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher is required.
• 2+ years of tutoring or teaching experience.
• Prior MCAT tutoring or test prep experience preferred.
• Ability to tutor after-school hours on a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Tutor students one-on-one on all MCAT sections.
• Tailor MCAT curricula to individual needs.
• Track and analyze student progress and performance.
• Create and maintain trackers for MCAT prep progress.
• Update families on academic progress and milestones.
• Lead webinars or training for other tutors as needed.
