Job summary

Inspira Education Group is seeking a full-time MCAT Tutor to mentor students one-on-one, create personalized study plans, and guide MCAT prep and medical school admissions. This remote role is open to candidates across the United States and Canada, with 40 hours per week scheduled around student availability, including evenings and weekends.

You will tailor curricula for all MCAT sections, track progress, and provide expert guidance to help students excel.

Qualifications

• 4-year college degree required.
• Able to tutor during after-school hours, including evenings and weekends—40 hours per week.
• Have previously taken the MCAT (copy of official score report required).
• Baseline MCAT score of 521+.
• 2+ years of teaching or tutoring experience.
• Able to provide MCAT prep for the full exam and each section.
• Comfortable teaching in a fully remote tutoring environment.

Responsibilities

• Tutor students one-on-one on all sections of the MCAT exam, 40 hours per week
• Tailor an MCAT test prep curriculum to students' needs
• Track and analyze student progress and performance
• Create and maintain project trackers to monitor MCAT preparation progress
• Keep students' families up to date on academic progress and MCAT milestones
• Be passionate about education and an expert MCAT tutor and thought leader for your students
• Take on additional income opportunities such as leading webinars or training other tutors
