Job summary

Inspira Education is seeking a full-time MCAT tutor to work remotely with students across the United States or Canada. You will design personalized MCAT study plans, tutor one-on-one across all sections, and guide applicants through medical school admissions.

Evening, weekend, and after-school hours are expected. You will join a mission-driven team focused on expanding access to top-tier test prep while delivering measurable student outcomes and ongoing mentorship.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher required.
• Must have MCAT score report.
• Baseline MCAT 521+.
• 2+ years of teaching or tutoring experience.
• Available for after-school hours including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Tutor students one-on-one on all MCAT sections.
• Tailor MCAT curriculum to individual needs.
• Track and analyze student progress.
• Create and maintain trackers for MCAT prep progress.
• Keep families updated on progress and milestones.
• Lead webinars or train other tutors when opportunities arise.
