Job summary

Fulfillment IQ is seeking an onshore TMS Solution Architect to support Oracle-led discovery and CRP sessions for a Manhattan Active TMS implementation. The role focuses on dock scheduling and carrier communication within MATM, with a broader onboarding project starting early 2027 covering full TMS flow.

The successful candidate will work with stakeholders to design the solution, lead the design phase, and travel to Irvine, CA as needed. This is a hybrid, onshore engagement with multi-phase scope.

Qualifications

• Techno-functional solution architect role, not purely functional or purely technical.
• Deep knowledge of Manhattan TMS, including carrier management and shipment planning.
• Understands MATM integration with WMS/ERP at design level (not deep into integration protocols).
• Capable of leading design over hands-on configuration.
• Experience supporting Manhattan TM implementations or multi-system transformations.
• Available to start immediately and onshore in the US, with travel to Irvine, CA up to 3 days/week.

Responsibilities

• Lead transportation management requirements with business, operations and technology stakeholders.
• Assess feasibility of dock scheduling and carrier communication within MATM.
• Demonstrate/ pilot dock scheduling and carrier communication during CRP.
• Document solution design and extend to full TMS flow (carrier setup, contract management, etc.).
• Onboard sites and carriers onto Manhattan-TMS; maintain design continuity.
• Travel onsite to Irvine, CA up to 3 days/week.
