Qualifications

• Academic background in Mathematics or related STEM field (Master's degree or higher).
• Personal experience in math competitions, with at least qualification to USA Junior Mathematical Olympiad or equivalent level.
• Strong mathematical foundation and deep understanding of competition-style problem solving.
• Ability to explain advanced concepts clearly and inspire students at different levels.
• Available during the class windows above.
• Prior competition math teaching or coaching experience.

Responsibilities

• Teach AMC10 / AIME / JMO competition problems virtually through the Think Academy Teaching Platform.
• Develop personalized training plans tailored to students' levels and goals.
• Create high-quality problem sets, handouts, and learning materials aligned with various competition systems.
• Stay up to date with the latest trends, formats, and problem styles of annual math contests.
• Guide and mentor students in preparing for local and international math competitions, including BMT, HMMT, and others.
