Qualifications

• Academic background in Mathematics or related STEM field.
• Personal competition experience with USA Junior MO or equivalent level.
• Strong ability to explain advanced concepts clearly.
• Available during the class windows.
• Willingness to coach for at least one year.

Responsibilities

• Teach AMC10 / AIME / JMO problems virtually through Think Academy platform.
• Develop personalized training plans for students.
• Create high-quality problem sets, handouts, and learning materials.
• Stay updated with trends in math contests.
• Mentor students for local and international competitions.
