Job summary

Allied Benefit Systems is seeking a Case Manager I to support the Enhanced Case Management (ECM) program. You will review clinicals, coordinate care plans, and work with CMS, vendors, and clinicians to improve member health outcomes across a variety of health scenarios.

The role emphasizes strong communication, organizational skills and the ability to manage complex workflows in a remote-friendly environment. Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years in group health insurance are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 2 years of experience with Group Health Insurance and Self-Funded Health Plans.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Review clinicals, claims and baseline case information for health scenarios.
• Develop strategic care plans by connecting members to vendors and Allied Care Clinicians.
• Coordinate care plan implementation with members, clients and Allied staff and vendors.
• Collaborate with Clinical Case Management and other Case Managers to gather clinical information.
• Communicate with CMS to obtain essential member information.
• Maintain vendor relationships and manage member setup and support.
