Job summary

Workana LLC is seeking a Marketing Technology Manager for a U.S.-based consumer health company. You will own the martech stack, manage Shopify and Klaviyo, and build automated workflows across email, SMS, and analytics.

This fully remote role requires English fluency and alignment with US Eastern Time. You will lead tech stack consolidation, migrate components to Klaviyo, and ensure data integrity with BigQuery and Looker Studio.

Qualifications

• 15+ years hands-on experience in marketing technology, marketing operations, or DTC ecommerce operations.
• Strong expertise with Shopify and Klaviyo ecosystems, including app integrations and automated flow architecture.
• Hands-on experience building multi-step automated scenarios using Make.com, Zapier, or similar platforms via APIs and webhooks.
• Proficiency editing Shopify themes with Liquid, HTML, CSS, sections, and blocks.
• Deep understanding of DTC data flows, tracking pixels, UTM governance, and data hygiene.
• Experience migrating tech stacks or consolidating apps across multiple platforms.
• Familiarity with AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT) to optimize workflows.
• Fluent English, written and spoken; able to collaborate with an international team.
• Based in Latin America and able to work aligned with US Eastern Time (EST).

Responsibilities

• Administer, document, and manage core DTC platforms (Klaviyo, Attentive, Shopify, Recharge, Rebuy, SFMC).
• Build, test, QA, and maintain email and SMS automated flows and audience segments.
• Create multi-step Make.com workflows connecting platforms via APIs/webhooks.
• Update Shopify themes directly using Liquid, HTML, CSS in the theme editor.
• Lead tech stack consolidation, including SMS migration and loyalty app consolidation.
• Maintain data integrity and reporting connections across Shopify, Klaviyo, Triple Whale, and BigQuery.
• Leverage AI tools to automate routine tasks like brand protection monitoring and hygiene.
• Ensure CAN-SPAM and TCPA compliance and document architectures in Asana.
