Job summary

The Knot Worldwide is seeking a Marketplace Planner for The Knot Registry Store (TKRS) to drive sales and profit through forecasting, planning tools, and cross-functional collaboration with Product, Business Development, and Operations. You will translate historical trends into actionable forecasts and support demand planning initiatives.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in Demand Planning, Merchandise Planning, or Business Analytics within an eCommerce environment.
• Strong understanding of retail and eCommerce metrics (sales, conversion, AOV, margin, inventory).
• Advanced Excel skills and ability to navigate large datasets.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain sales and revenue forecasts for TKRS by category, seller, and product type.
• Monitor marketplace performance and analyze metrics to identify risks, opportunities, and drivers of performance.
• Create and maintain dashboards and planning models to support decision-making.
