BellaVix is a 100% remote marketplace management agency seeking a Marketplace Specialist to drive listing optimization, reporting, and inventory coordination across Amazon and Walmart. You will engage with clients and internal teams, maintain SOPs, and push for solutions in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

Qualifications

1+ years of Amazon/Walmart Marketplace experience.
Strong analytical skills with data-driven insights.
Excellent written and spoken English (C1-C2).
Remote work ability with clear communication.

Responsibilities

Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports with KPIs.
Create and optimize Amazon/Walmart product listings via flat files and uploads.
Monitor inventory and coordinate to prevent stockouts with internal teams.
Open and manage support cases with Amazon/Walmart; push for solutions.
Contribute to company blog and industry thought leadership.
