Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Data Analytics, or related field preferred.
• 3–5 years of progressive marketing experience including digital, SEO, analytics, and campaigns.
• Prior supervisory experience required; minimum 2 years preferred.
• Experience implementing and evaluating SEO strategies.
• Experience with marketing analytics platforms to measure traffic, leads, conversions, and campaigns.
• Experience with Google Analytics and related tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the Firm’s annual and quarterly marketing strategy and budgets.
• Manage marketing spend based on cost per lead, acquisition, conversion, ROI, and other metrics.
• Evaluate marketing performance and analyze data to increase qualified leads and conversions.
• Set KPIs, monitor performance, and report results to Firm leadership.
• Coordinate with SEO and digital marketing vendors and manage relationships.
• Strategize SEO: organic search, keywords, content, local search, and Google Business Profile optimization.
• Supervise the Marketing Coordinator and provide coaching and feedback.
• Create and manage social media and digital content aligned with the Firm’s brand.
• Prepare monthly newsletter and monitor engagement metrics.
• Oversee day-to-day marketing operations, campaigns, projects, and vendors.
• Document meeting notes and track action items to completion.
