SMB Team is the fastest-growing digital marketing and coaching company for attorneys nationwide. We are seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to own email and SMS programs, manage HubSpot, and elevate our website and SEO strategy.

This hands-on role requires crafting campaigns, testing, and refining digital experiences that deliver measurable revenue growth. You’ll work remotely with flexible vacation and a strong focus on data-driven optimization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of digital marketing experience across email, SMS, website, and SEO.
• Proven mastery of email & SMS lifecycle campaigns, personalization, and deliverability.
• Advanced HubSpot expertise with campaign building and workflows.
• Experience managing website strategy, content updates, and UX improvements.
• Strong SEO knowledge: technical SEO, keyword research, on-page optimization.
• Excellent analytics skills with HubSpot Analytics, Google Analytics.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy and execution for email and SMS marketing campaigns.
• Manage HubSpot operations, lists, workflows, and reporting.
• Own website strategy, SEO, and content updates with the team.
• Create and edit mission-aligned content (blogs, case studies).
• Track performance and optimize campaigns based on insights.
