Job summary

Cambridge Management, Inc. is seeking a Marketing Specialist to drive brand awareness and lease-up efforts across digital platforms for multifamily communities. You will manage Google Ads, social channels, and vendor collaborations to deliver compelling marketing campaigns.

The ideal candidate will have strong written communication, marketing knowledge, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment. A hybrid work arrangement may be available based on qualifications.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field preferred.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva and other design tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize Google Ads and social media advertising to drive traffic and engagement.
• Oversee apartment and community management websites, ensuring accuracy and SEO best practices.
• Support new construction lease-up marketing efforts.
• Coordinate third-party vendor services, including: 3D floorplans and sitemaps.
• Coordinate professional apartment photography.
• Manage and grow social media channels for multiple properties.
• Create, edit, and distribute marketing materials for both print and digital use.
• Assist with the design and delivery of newsletters and promotional flyers.
