The Marketing Specialist is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing marketing efforts across digital platforms. This role will oversee paid advertising, manage community websites, and coordinate with vendors to support marketing initiatives for our multifamily housing communities, including new construction lease-ups.
This position is based in Tacoma, WA (preferred). A hybrid work arrangement may be available depending on the candidate's qualifications and experience.
Must be able to complete all required training within thirty (30) days of hire date.
