The role collaborates with recruitment teams to tailor full-funnel campaigns for younger audiences and their influencers, including parents and schools.

This role requires a Bachelor’s in business, five years in marketing, strong ME education-market knowledge, and English fluency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business-related field.
• 5 years of professional experience in a similar marketing role.
• Strong understanding of ME international education market and channels.
• Experience in digital advertising including Paid Social Media and SEM.
• Ability to plan and measure lead-generation and brand awareness campaigns.
• Expertise in digital platforms.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage schedules.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement local marketing strategies for student recruitment.
• Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital, social, email, paid media and events.
• Define digital plan to drive traffic, engagement, and lead conversions.
• Monitor and optimize funnel from lead generation to enrollment.
• Analyze campaign performance and translate insights into recommendations.
• Collaborate with recruitment officers to align needs and assets.
• Manage weekly reviews with agencies and provide monthly reporting.
• Develop strategies for younger audiences and influencers.
• Support branding and storytelling demonstrating hospitality education excellence.
