Job summary

REAL Solutions Group is seeking a Marketing Specialist to join our remote-enabled team and help build and execute brand assets, web content, and email campaigns across channels.

You will collaborate with leadership and subject matter experts to translate business needs into actionable plans, develop compelling content, manage CMS, optimize landing pages, and drive engagement on LinkedIn and email programs. Located in or near the Indianapolis metro area preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional marketing experience across multiple channels.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or related field.
• Experience in pharmacy, pharmaceutical, life sciences, or adjacent industry preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills across marketing channels.
• Experience creating branded marketing assets and managing digital content using Canva and Wix.
• Experience executing digital campaigns across website, email, and LinkedIn.

Responsibilities

• Marketing planning and execution across channels.
• Collaborate with leadership and stakeholders to translate needs into plans and timelines.
• Own execution within priorities with regular status updates.
• Coordinate reviews before publishing marketing materials.
• Support measurement and continuous improvement using data.
• Develop brand assets and ensure consistency with guidelines.
• Plan and publish content for LinkedIn and other channels.
• Plan and coordinate events and external engagement.
