You will act as an operational hub, coordinating timelines, dependencies, and deliverables across Marketing teams and external partners.

The role emphasizes leveraging AI to streamline meeting summaries, documentation, and status reporting while ensuring privacy and compliance.

Qualifications

• 2-4+ years in project coordination, marketing ops, or related roles.
• Experience coordinating multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate marketing projects from intake through completion with clear owners, timelines, and deliverables.
• Build and maintain project plans, timelines, tasks, and status updates.
• Track milestones, approvals, and decisions to keep projects moving forward.
• Identify risks, conflicts, and delays and elevate them.
• Coordinate handoffs between Marketing, Creative, Digital, Operations and other teams.
• Maintain visibility into active, upcoming, and completed projects.
