Job summary

ProperExpression is seeking a Digital Marketing Project Manager to lead marketing initiatives with a strong PM background. You will manage multiple projects, coordinate internal teams and external contractors, and ensure delivery on time and within scope.

Responsibilities include campaign planning, cross-functional collaboration, and overseeing marketing technology integrations. This role offers fully remote work with East Coast US hours and global clients.

Qualifications

• Project management experience at a marketing agency or in-house marketing team.
• Direct experience with a project management platform like ClickUp (preferred), Asana, Monday.com, Wrike, Jira or similar.
• Experience with Agile methodology is a plus.
• Experience with HubSpot Marketing Hub or Sales Hub.
• Familiar with Google Analytics, Google Ads, Google Marketing Suite.

Responsibilities

• Become the ClickUp Master: manage and build ClickUp projects, lists, tasks and templates.
• Internal Team Coordination: own and monitor internal team assignments and stakeholders.
• Manage external contractors and ensure quality of deliverables.
• Resource Management: track hours and coordination of estimates.
