Responsibilities

• Serve as central intake for marketing project requests across Good Boy.
• Manage requests from internal teams, wholesalers, retailers, and partners.
• Clarify objectives, deliverables, deadlines, and ownership before work begins.
• Push back on incomplete or unrealistic requests and seek needed info.
• Maintain visibility into active, upcoming, and delayed projects.
• Own day-to-day workflow and queue for the design team.
• Assign projects based on capacity, skill, and deadlines.
• Provide designers with complete briefs and timelines.
• Track revisions, approvals, and final deliverables.
• Maintain project management dashboards and standardized workflows.
• Coordinate with Sales, Brand Management, and external partners.
