Our global commercial real estate client is looking for a FULLY-REMOTE Marketing Project Manager to start in early July, and continue (40 hours per week) for at least 3 months with the likelihood of extending.

The Marketing Project Manager ensures that requested marketing materials are produced and delivered to provided specifications and by deadlines, acting as the primary liaison between brokers and the creative team.

Marketing Project Manager Responsibilities

• Review intake requests, ensuring all necessary information is provided and seek clarification where needed
• Kick off projects with design teams, ensuring clear translation of design direction, requirements, timelines, etc.
• Perform quality checks on projects prior to delivering to broker for review
• Set realistic expectations between broker and creative team
• Make minor edits in InDesign if possible
  
  

Marketing Project Manager Requirements

• Strong experience as a project or marketing manager - preferably in the commercial real estate or similar industry
• Experience overseeing and organizing execution and delivery of dense, long-form assets (i.e. broker opinions of value, offering memorandums, etc.)
• Experience working with online project management tools (Asana preferred)
• Proactive, confident communications and solution-seeking skills
• Must provide your own computer
