Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years in Marketing Operations, Demand Gen, Revenue Ops or related field.
• 3+ years with CRM and marketing automation platforms (Marketo, Salesforce) and event/webinar tools (CVENT, BigMarker).
• Experience integrating AI into scalable marketing workflows.

Responsibilities

• Manage live chat routing workflows and lead distribution to maximize conversions.
• Design scalable automated workflows across CRM and marketing platforms.
• Oversee end-to-end system integrations with event/webinar tools like CVENT and BigMarker.
• Incorporate AI capabilities to streamline marketing operations.
• Identify and resolve data and workflow issues across the marketing tech stack.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales and Tech to align architectures with go-to-market plans.
