Qualifications

• Brand/Marketing Communications exposure with basic production knowledge.
• Experience with production runs and budgeting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Receive assignments through Adobe Workfront and execute requested marketing media tasks in a timely manner.
• Manage production with external vendors and track quality, service, cost, and delivery metrics.
• Oversee PDF and print proof reviews and maintain adherence to brand guidelines.
• Inventory tracking and reporting to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
• Source, evaluate, and manage branded merchandise programs within budget.
• Coordinate materials distribution and logistics timing; assist in budget management.
