Qualifications

• Basic graphic, file and layout understanding.
• Strong project management and vendor management skills.

Responsibilities

• Receive assignments through Adobe Workfront and execute marketing media tasks timely.
• Maintain knowledge of vendor capabilities and material variations.
• Manage the overall production process with external vendors.
• Evaluate vendor performance related to quality, service, cost, and delivery.
• Oversee PDF and print proof reviews and ensure brand standards.
• Inventory tracking and reporting to improve efficiency.
• Source and manage branded merchandise programs within budget.
• Coordinate materials distribution and timing.
• Assist budget management, including PO creation and invoicing.
