You will oversee creative development, consumer outreach, stakeholder engagement, and performance reporting while ensuring budgets and timelines are met in a remote DMV-area setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in advertising, communications, journalism, public relations, or related field.
• 3 years of experience managing advertising or marketing communications.
• Verifiable agency experience with integrated communications, paid advertising, and brand development.
• Strong time and budget management skills with ability to lead a team.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; proficient with data-driven tools like Google Analytics.

Responsibilities

• Direct marketing objectives, programs, and policies for all client products and services.
• Translate marketing vision into integrated business plans, tactics, projects, and deliverables.
• Execute market research, digital, creative, communications, and implementation planning.
• Develop budgets and resources to execute marketing plans.
• Review, edit, and implement strategic plans, creative briefs, client presentations, and other written communications.
• Deliver insights on trends and digital/social strategies for multicultural and general markets.
• Review creative concepts to ensure on-strategy and on-brand client delivery.
• Establish success metrics and KPIs, and report on campaign goals and outcomes.
• Develop strong client relationships and oversee timelines, risks, and monthly reporting.
