Red Carrot is seeking a Senior Paid Media Manager to lead cross-channel media planning, buying, and vendor management for federal programs. • 8–10 years of paid media experience across multiple channels.
• Experience buying across traditional and digital media channels.
• Familiarity with government procurement, invoicing, and approval processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute cross-channel media plans aligned to campaign goals.
• Plan and buy out-of-home media and video/audio across linear and streaming channels.
• Write and manage vendor RFPs and negotiate buys based on reach and cost.
• Monitor pacing, delivery, and performance reporting; adjust as needed.
