Red Carrot is seeking a Junior Marketing Coordinator to support marketing and communications across projects for federal clients. The role blends project coordination, content creation, and administrative support with a strong emphasis on accuracy and detail.

You will assist the Marketing Manager, coordinate tasks, and help develop campaigns, social content, and client reports while collaborating with multiple departments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related role.
• Strong writing and editing, with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with social media platforms; proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and Google Analytics.
• Familiarity with government contracting or government-related marketing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Marketing Manager with day-to-day project coordination and timely task completion.
• Provide administrative and logistical support to the marketing team and track timelines.
• Collaborate with departments to ensure smooth campaign execution.
• Support social media content creation, campaigns, and collateral.
• Coordinate assets, timelines, and performance tracking for campaigns.
• Monitor channels for engagement and identify outreach opportunities.
• Prepare client presentations, provide updates, and gather feedback.
• Collect data for marketing reports and KPIs.
