Stride, Inc. is seeking a Marketing Manager (Contract) to lead the planning and execution of integrated, omni-channel campaigns aimed at enrolling and engaging students across our network of online schools.

Responsibilities

Lead integrated marketing strategies to drive enrollment growth and retention across owned and organic channels.
Develop and manage comprehensive marketing plans for assigned schools.
Oversee content and messaging across owned channels for consistency and brand alignment.
Deliver performance readouts using data and dashboards (CTR, engagement, conversion).
Leverage data, technology, and AI tools to personalize campaigns and scale impact.
Collaborate cross-functionally with creative, product, digital, and school leadership teams.
Lead SEO and organic growth strategies for visibility and conversion.
Mentor and support specialists or coordinators.
