Job summary

Trivium is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead hands-on content creation and multi-brand campaigns. You will repurpose existing content, produce videos, reels, carousels, and posts across brands, starting with a medical aesthetics line and expanding to consulting and founder branding.

You will own email campaigns, social posting, paid creatives, and the marketing tech stack, while collaborating with the Marketing Lead to maintain the brand voice and deliver high-volume output.

Qualifications

• 2+ years creating and posting content for brands.
• Experience managing multiple brands across social channels.
• Strong writing skills for emails and captions.

Responsibilities

• Create new content from the existing library across brands.
• Schedule, publish and manage content on social channels.
• Write and build emails and campaigns with ownership.
• Produce creatives for paid ads and campaigns.
• Manage content pipeline end to end with editors.
• Own marketing tech stack setup and maintenance.
• Use AI tools to scale output while maintaining brand voice.
• Track engagement and share weekly updates.
