Village Green LLC in Spring, TX is seeking a remote Marketing Manager to join our 24-person team. The role will develop, implement, and oversee digital marketing strategies across channels to boost brand awareness, engage customers, and generate leads.

You will collaborate with sales, product, and content teams, manage campaigns, analyze performance, and lead a small marketing team of specialists or contractors in a fully remote environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in digital marketing, with leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, email, social media and content marketing.
• Experience with marketing automation (HubSpot, Marketo) and CRM (Salesforce).
• Proficient with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Google Ads, social insights).
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to create compelling messaging.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to boost brand awareness and lead generation.
• Lead content, SEO, email campaigns, and social media across channels.
• Manage lead generation campaigns: email, PPC, SEO, webinars.
• Oversee social media plans on LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram.
• Track performance using Google Analytics and other platforms; report insights to leadership.
• Oversee budget allocation for maximum ROI and manage a small team or contractors.
