Job summary

Panoramic Pro Painting is seeking a driven Lead Marketing canvasser to build and run the local lead-gen engine. You’ll own door-to-door outreach, manage a canvassing team, and drive growth across neighborhoods to book more estimates.

Role requires leadership, marketing mindset, reliability, and a passion for sales. This is a full-time, on-site position in Aurora, CO with base plus commission incentives.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of door-to-door canvassing experience.
• At least 1 year of experience leading a team.
• Charisma, confidence and natural presence.
• Reliable transportation.
• Commitment to door-to-door marketing (12+ hrs/week).
• Tech-savvy: comfortable with AI tools, spreadsheets, and CRMs.
• Hungry to master sales, marketing, and leadership.
• Outcome-driven, resilient and growth-minded.
• Ready to commit, not a side hustle.
