Sezzle is seeking a Marketing Growth Analytics & Operations Intern to join our remote team in Mexico. You’ll write SQL to pull campaign data, build dashboards, and measure metrics like DAU, LTV, CAC. You’ll design experiments and translate marketing needs into clear requirements with Product and Engineering.

Strong SQL, excellent English communication, and familiarity with Claude or similar AI tools are expected in a fast-paced, agile environment.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in engineering, computer science, data science, statistics, mathematics, economics, or a related technical field
• Exposure to BI tools (Redash/SIA, Looker, Tableau, or similar) is a plus
• Demonstrated experience with Claude or equivalent LLM tools is required; comfortable leveraging AI to enhance productivity, research, and communication.

Responsibilities

• Write SQL to pull campaign, cohort, and subscription performance.
• Track metrics like DAU, NTM, LTV, CAC and compare across periods.
• Design and measure experiments; own dashboard reports behind decisions.
• Bridge marketing and engineering by turning needs into specs, tracing issues through dashboards and logs.
