Inside Out Hiring is seeking a Marketing-Focused Executive Assistant to support a busy dance studio with enrollment growth and daily administration. This remote role focuses on marketing campaigns, lead management, and operational support to keep growth initiatives moving forward.

The ideal candidate will own campaign execution, nurture leads, edit video content, handle routine billing, and optimize systems while coordinating with instructors and front-desk staff.

Qualifications

• GoHighLevel experience for email/SMS sequences, pipelines, forms, and lead management is required.
• Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, Canva, Instagram reel/post creation, and basic video editing.
• Attention to detail with variable billing structures across multiple team categories and rehearsal counts.
• Proactive problem solver who uses AI tools to fix bottlenecks instead of waiting for direction.
• Fluent English communication for professional messaging and staff coordination.
• Available to work 20 hours per week Monday-Thursday with overlap 11:00 AM - 4:00 PM US CT.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and monitor email marketing, Instagram posts/reels, and Meta ads to drive enrollments.
• Send targeted promotional emails based on student age and class relevance.
• Design graphics and flyers in Canva for social media and promos.
• Edit raw footage into 30-second video clips for social media posts and ads.
• Manage GoHighLevel funnels, forms, automated workflows, and Smart Lists.
• Monitor inbound lead flows and follow established scripts to nurture leads.
• Resolve automation errors and duplicate communications using AI tools.
• Bill routine class and event billing in Jackrabbit.
• Manage bookings in Bookio and coordinate with staff via Slack.
• Triage emails in Outlook and organize backlog tasks in Asana.
