Qualifications

• Minimum of 3-5 years coordinating marketing events, conferences, client-facing events, or incentive travel.
• Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) in marketing or a related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Outline and manage event timelines and milestones.
• Meet with key stakeholders to understand goals, budget and objectives.
• Submit creative requests and coordinate with design teams for event needs.
• Review, negotiate and coordinate signing of event-related contracts.
• Execute communications and tactics to ensure event objectives are met.
• Be AmbITious: explore growth opportunities within Insight.
