Job summary

Talentful is seeking a Senior Global Events & Partnerships Manager on a fixed-term contract to cover a maternity leave starting in 2027. You will own our global events strategy, lead partnerships, and ensure end-to-end execution of flagship brand experiences worldwide.

The role requires 4+ years managing large-scale global events in B2B/tech, budgets up to $500k, and strong cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, Sales, and Leadership. Travel globally is expected.

Qualifications

• 4+ years managing large-scale global events and strategic brand partnerships in B2B/tech sectors.
• Leadership proven in managing agency partners, cross-functional teams and multi-tier budgets up to or exceeding $500k.
• Strong negotiation, vendor management, and executive stakeholder communication skills.
• Proficient with event platforms (Cvent, Hopin), CRMs (Salesforce, HubSpot) and PM tools (Asana, Monday.com).
• Willingness to travel globally for on-site event execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead global event strategy, execution, and post-event analysis for flagship conferences and sponsored events.
• Maintain global events strategy with aligned timelines and resource allocation across teams.
• Oversee event production, branding, vendor management, content, on-site logistics and speaker management.
