Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in graphic design.
• 4–6 years of professional graphic or marketing design experience.
• Experience supporting B2B software, healthcare, education, or regulated environments.
• Portfolio demonstrating typography, layout, hierarchy, color, and brand application across digital and print.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and Figma.
• Experience preparing production-ready files for multiple formats and dimensions.
• Clear communication skills and comfort applying feedback.
• Experience with presentation design, basic motion graphics, video editing, or digital accessibility.
• Experience working on a distributed creative team with shared templates and asset libraries.

Responsibilities

• Brand & Campaign Execution: Apply and extend brand identity across marketing materials and campaigns.
• Marketing & Brand Design: Design marketing materials and build brand templates for recurring use.
• Web & Digital Design: Design landing pages and web experiences with solid UX fundamentals.
• Digital Advertising: Create ad creative across formats and optimize for multi-channel campaigns.
• Take projects from brief to final production with independence.
• Prepare files for digital, print, presentation, and event applications.
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines; collaborate with Creative Director and teams.
